Every plan runs the same core: register a vendor contract, let the engine compute the notice and decision deadlines, and remind the owner before the deadline passes. Plans differ in how many contracts and people they cover, and in how reminders are delivered.

Prices are in euros (EUR). Monthly plans are billed monthly. Annual plans are billed once a year at ten times the monthly price, which is two months free: Solo is €29/mo or €290/yr (€24/mo), Team is €59/mo or €590/yr (€49/mo), and Scale is €99/mo or €990/yr (€82/mo).

Pricing questions
Short answers, without the small print.
What counts as a contract?
One vendor agreement you track: one term end date and the notice period it requires. A contract with several signatures but a single renewal cycle counts once, and every tracked contract counts towards the limit on your plan.
Can I change plan?
Yes. You can move between Solo, Team and Scale. Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately, so the larger limits apply at once; moving to a lower plan applies from the next billing period. Nothing is deleted when you change plan.
What happens when a limit is reached?
The workspace keeps working. Existing contracts and reminders carry on unchanged, but you cannot add another contract or invite another user past the limit until you remove something or move to a higher plan. NoticeAhead does not drop a contract silently to stay under a limit.
How are reminders sent?
Reminders go out on an offset schedule before each deadline. Solo sends email reminders; Team and Scale also send Telegram reminders. Each reminder names the owner, the pending decision and the amount at stake.
Is my data exportable?
Yes. Contracts can be exported as a CSV file. CSV import and export are available on Team and Scale.
