NoticeAhead

How it works

How NoticeAhead works

Four steps, all of them auditable.

  1. 01

    1. Register the contracts

Add each vendor contract with its term end date and the notice period it requires (calendar days or calendar months). CSV import is available for the first bulk load.

  2. 02

    2. Let the engine compute the deadlines

Notice deadline = term end minus the notice period; decision deadline = notice deadline minus your internal preparation buffer. Month-end and leap-year cases clamp correctly, and a missing notice period is never treated as zero.

  3. 03

    3. Get reminded before the deadline

Offset reminders reach the responsible member before the decision deadline. Each reminder names the owner, the pending decision and the financial commitment at stake.

  4. 04

    4. Record the decision

Negotiate, renew, cancel or close. A planned cancellation is not proof of cancellation, so the contract keeps showing up as overdue until the decision is confirmed. Everything lands in the audit log.

NoticeAhead is a tracking tool, not legal advice. Receipt requirements, business-day rules and ambiguous clauses need human verification.
